Because the data is not located on-site, the data is managed and backed up remotely and securely. This increases productivity, gives you the ability to work anywhere as long as you have the internet, allows for centralised management of programs and support, and easy scalability. Most importantly, it encourages collaboration within the school, and makes this task easy by putting everyone on the same page.
Microsoft 365 and Google G-Suite
Microsoft 365 is a cloud-platform that empowers educators to unlock creativity, promote teamwork, and provide a simple and safe experience in a single, affordable solution built for education. This includes classic apps such as Powerpoint and Word for Microsoft, and Sheets and Docs from Google. Students can get access to the cloud-based apps at no extra cost when you buy for educators, faculty, and staff!
