- Unfortunately due to the current volume of work already in place, we are unable to take in any new Apple iPhone and Air Pod work until 11th January, but we’ll monitor this and update if there’s any change to this. In the interim, for customers requiring urgent repair on these products only, we recommend contacting Apple at Chatswood for the most efficient turnaround.

If your iPhone has a problem that’s not covered under warranty or consumer law, like accidental damage. We may be able to repair or replace your product for an out-of-warranty fee. Our out-of-warranty assessment fee is $99 and will credit towards any repairs carried out.
