The 3G M2M Router series (NTC-6200) delivers state-of-the-art M2M connectivity to a broad range of applications. Designed with durability, ease of use and added intelligence, the NTC-6200 is designed to utilise the freedom of wireless networks to deliver seamless M2M connectivity.

Connectivity

The NTC-6200 series connects to worldwide 3G networks at speeds of up to 14.4Mbps. With no dependence on a landline, these routers can be deployed in any location to allow remote access, monitoring and control of connected devices.
Featuring Ethernet, Serial (RS232/422/485), and USB 2.0 connectivity, the NTC-6200 series can interface with a diverse range of equipment used in a wide variety of vertical applications.

PoE & Zigbee

These features are included in the top end NTC-6200 model (see below for comparison). PoE (Power over Ethernet) enables the router to draw power via the Ethernet port which allows the router to be positioned in areas that are hard to reach and not serviced by mains power.
Zigbee is a new technology that allows multipoint mesh wireless networking that can be used to interface with a variety of sensors for data updates, monitoring of equipment and automation.

GPS & I/Os

These features are included in both the top end and mid-range NTC-6200 models (see below for comparison). The built-in GPS can be used for applications that are mobile where the router can be traced and tracked to see the location of connected devices.
The 3 multipurpose I/O ports can be used to attach a number of sensors that can relay information about the physical environment. One I/O port is a dedicated ignition input that can power the router when a vehicle is started providing further powering flexibility.
